Christophe Stern
Founder of Stern Tech, Christophe brings more than 25 years of experience leading IT and engineering across major international organizations. His career includes executive leadership, strategic consulting, interim management, and the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs. Holding a PhD in Cognitive Sociology, he is the architect of Stern Tech’s Affective × Cognitive platform, combining artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and behavioral modeling to build a new generation of human-centered AI.
Dr. Luc Julia
Co-creator of Apple’s Siri, former Chief Scientific Officer at Renault and former Executive Vice President at Samsung, Dr. Luc Julia is internationally recognized as one of the leading voices in artificial intelligence. Best-selling author of Artificial Intelligence Does Not Exist, he promotes a pragmatic, human-centered vision of AI that emphasizes augmentation over replacement. As Partner and Chief Design Officer at Stern Tech, he helps shape the company’s product vision, innovation strategy and scientific direction. A strong supporter of Stern Tech since VivaTech 2022, he has played a key role in strengthening its international visibility and opening strategic partnerships, including with Renault.
Samah Elaouni
As VP of Sales & Marketing at Stern Tech, Samah drives the company’s growth strategy and go-to-market execution. With nearly 20 years of experience scaling SaaS and legaltech commercial organizations, she combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership. Both a partner and a full-time operator, she helps build high-performing revenue teams through a data-driven, impact-led approach to growth.
Gabriela Belaid
Recognised as France’s Digital Woman of the Year 2024 by CEFCYS, Gabriela also serves as President of the CentraleSupélec au Féminin association and is featured among the TF1 Group’s “Expertes à la Une” (Featured Experts), promoting diversity and excellence across the technology sector. As a founding partner of Stern Tech and the Group’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), she leads cybersecurity, data protection and compliance initiatives. An expert in digital transformation, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, she brings more than twenty years of experience in information systems governance and the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
Valérie Perruchot-Garcia
An advisor at Stern Tech, Valérie leads strategic Communications initiatives, helping organizations strengthen engagement, reputation, and transformation. A graduate of Sciences Po and the CFJ, she began her career in journalism before holding senior corporate affairs and communications leadership roles at CEA, Roche, Saint-Gobain, AXA, and Johnson & Johnson. She is the author of Booster la communication interne and regularly lectures at leading academic institutions and professional networks.
Christophe Candé
Christophe supports Stern Tech in developing its strategic partnerships, alliances and growth trajectory. As Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at AG2R La Mondiale, he brings extensive experience in strategy, transformation, general management and business development. He previously served as Managing Director of a Malakoff Humanis SaaS subsidiary and as Sales Director at Dun & Bradstreet.
Irina Rogova
Key Accounts & Shield
Irina leads Key Accounts and drives the development of Shield with strategic customers, as well as healthcare, wellness, and authorised organisations. Holding a PhD in cardiovascular haemodynamics from Université Paris Cité, she bridges scientific, medical, and commercial perspectives to build strong partnerships around early detection and support for psychosocial signals.

Sophie supports the commercial development of Alex, Stern Tech’s human resources solution. She works with HR departments, recruitment teams and organisations seeking to understand candidates beyond their résumés, structure their assessment processes and incorporate behavioural intelligence into their recruitment practices.
Sébastien Pennella
WiseDriver
Sébastien leads the commercial development of WiseDriver, Stern Tech’s solution for the automotive, simulator, mobility and transport sectors. He supports industry stakeholders in identifying use cases related to driving, training, behavioural assessment and new artificial intelligence applications within the automotive industry.
Bachir Kaddour
Alex · Pegasus
Bachir supports the growth of Alex and Pegasus within organizations undergoing HR and marketing transformations. With over 20 years of experience in information technology, he identifies new opportunities, structures commercial engagements, and builds partnerships centered on high-value behavioral AI solutions.
Yasmine Zehani
Pegasus
Yasmine develops Pegasus, Stern Tech’s behavioural market research solution. She supports brands, research institutes and marketing departments in defining their needs, building pilot projects and leveraging insights generated through declarative, quantitative and behavioural analysis.
Brenda-Andreea Rauta
AI & web platforms. Andreea contributes to the design and development of web applications and intelligent platforms for projects combining data, artificial intelligence and user experience. She transforms practical requirements into reliable, high-performing and scalable solutions.
Baptiste Mangin
Baptiste contributes to Stern Tech’s business development. As a commercial engineering apprentice, he supports prospecting, customer relationship management, first-level assistance and needs qualification. He also helps prepare commercial initiatives related to behavioural market research.
Jeanne Sire
Jeanne contributes to Stern Tech’s business development. She supports prospecting, solution sales, needs qualification and the creation of customised materials. She also delivers customer demonstrations, provides first-level assistance and supports clients throughout the sales and after-sales process, particularly in relation to their HR, marketing and recruitment needs.
Nathanaël Stern
Legal Research Officer
Nathanaël contributes to Stern Tech’s development at the intersection of business development, pilot partnerships and compliance. He supports sales activities, provides first-level assistance and works closely with pilot organisations throughout their projects. He also contributes to the legal assessment of use cases, particularly in relation to the EU AI Act, the GDPR and national legislation applicable to artificial intelligence solutions.
Maria Lalkovicova
Neuroscience & cognition. At Stern Tech, Maria integrates neuroscience concepts and approaches into technological modules by applying neurophysiological and cognitive methods to multimodal software. She assesses changes in human behaviour through artificial intelligence and cognitive science.
Jianling Zou
Robotics & cognitive AI. Jianling recently completed a PhD in computer science and robotics. Her interdisciplinary thesis focused on interventions for children with dysgraphia using a social robot. At Stern Tech, she works on detection engines and various collaborative projects.
Vianney Gauthier
Vianney works on the development of mathematical models and computer vision components for Stern Tech. In connection with scientific research conducted around the Centre Borelli, he helps strengthen the algorithmic foundations of Stern Tech’s artificial intelligence systems, particularly in visual signal analysis, behavioural modelling and the continuous improvement of interpretation engines.
Romane Morel
Romane supports Stern Tech in integrating psychological theories into the core of its behavioural analysis models. She contributes to the structuring, selection and implementation of numerous theoretical frameworks drawn from psychology to strengthen the scientific relevance of the indicators produced by Stern Tech software and ensure a more precise, rigorous and responsible interpretation of human behaviour.
Eugénie Besson
& Marketing Engineer
Eugénie contributes to Stern Tech’s commercial development. She supports the identification of new opportunities, prospecting, needs qualification, the preparation of customer discussions and project follow-up, helping organisations adopt behavioural artificial intelligence solutions. She also contributes to strengthening Stern Tech’s visibility on social media, managing digital communications, coordinating LinkedIn publications and developing the company’s brand image.
