Christophe Stern
Founder of Stern Tech, Christophe brings more than 25 years of experience leading IT and engineering across major international organisations. His career, enriched by consulting assignments in transformation, interim management and the leadership of strategic programmes, has enabled him to deliver large-scale technology projects in complex environments. Holding a PhD in Cognitive Sociology, he is the architect of Stern Tech’s Affective × Cognitive platform, which combines artificial intelligence, cognitive science and behavioural modelling to develop human-centred AI.
Dr. Luc Julia
Co-creator of Siri at Apple, former Chief Scientific Officer at Renault and former Executive Vice President at Samsung, Dr. Luc Julia is one of the world’s most recognised figures in artificial intelligence. The author of several influential books, including Artificial Intelligence Does Not Exist, he advocates a pragmatic, responsible and deeply human-centred approach to AI. As Partner and Chief Product Officer at Stern Tech, he helps define the company’s product vision, innovation strategy and scientific direction. A supporter of Stern Tech since VivaTech 2022, he has also played a key role in expanding its international reach and establishing strategic partnerships, including with Renault.
Samah Elaouni
As VP of Sales & Marketing at Stern Tech, Samah leads the company’s growth strategy and go-to-market execution. With nearly 20 years of experience developing commercial organisations in SaaS and legaltech, she combines strategic vision with operational excellence. Both a partner and a hands-on operator, she supports the growth of the sales team through a data-driven, impact-focused approach to business development.
Gabriela Belaid
Partner at Stern Tech, Gabriela ensures that cybersecurity and cyber defense are considered from the outset in the company’s technology choices and sensitive projects. With more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, including 15 in the public sector, she brings a strategic perspective on security, resilience and digital sovereignty. A Centrale Paris graduate trained in strategic and military studies, she serves in the French Gendarmerie Citizen Reserve and attends France’s École de Guerre. Vice-President of CEFCYS, she was named 2026 Digital & AI Woman of the Year at L’Usine Nouvelle’s Women in Industry Awards.
Valérie Perruchot-Garcia
As an advisor to Stern Tech, Valérie supports organisations with strategic communications, transformation and engagement. A graduate of Sciences Po and the CFJ, she began her career in journalism before holding senior communications and public affairs positions at CEA, Roche, Saint-Gobain, AXA and Johnson & Johnson. The author of Booster la communication interne, she regularly teaches at higher education institutions and contributes to professional networks.
Christophe Candé
Christophe supports Stern Tech in developing strategic partnerships, alliances and its growth trajectory. As Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at AG2R La Mondiale, he brings extensive experience in strategy, transformation, general management and business development. He previously served as Managing Director of a Malakoff Humanis SaaS subsidiary and as Sales Director at Dun & Bradstreet.
Irina Rogova
Healthcare · Robotics
Irina manages key accounts and supports the development of Stern Tech solutions across healthcare, well-being, authorised organisations and strategic partners. Holding a PhD in cardiovascular haemodynamics from Université Paris Cité, she bridges scientific, medical and commercial expertise to develop strong partnerships around early detection, psychosocial signals and human-centred technology.
Jacques Fouché
Healthcare
Jacques supports Stern Tech’s development in the healthcare sector, working with key accounts and strategic stakeholders. With extensive experience in e-health, innovation and project management, particularly within La Poste Santé & Autonomie, he brings strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystems and digital transformation. At Stern Tech, he helps identify new use cases and develop partnerships around human-centred artificial intelligence solutions.
Sophie Calligaris
HR
Sophie supports the commercial development of Stern Tech’s HR solutions. She works with HR departments, recruitment teams and organisations seeking to understand candidates beyond their CVs, structure their assessment processes and integrate behavioural intelligence into their recruitment practices.
Aziz Khairallah
HR
Aziz supports the commercial development of Alex, Stern Tech’s HR solution. With a background combining technology and entrepreneurship, he focuses on prospecting, identifying customer needs and creating opportunities with organisations looking to integrate behavioural intelligence into their recruitment processes.
Sébastien Pennella
Simulators
Sébastien develops Stern Tech’s solutions for automotive, simulation, mobility and transport applications. He works with industry stakeholders to identify use cases related to driving, training, behavioural assessment and new applications of artificial intelligence across the automotive and mobility sectors.
Bachir Kaddour
HR · Marketing
Bachir supports Stern Tech’s development with organisations undergoing HR and marketing transformation. With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, he identifies new opportunities, structures commercial engagements and builds partnerships around high-value behavioural intelligence solutions.
Brenda-Andreea Rauta
AI & web platforms. Andreea contributes to the design and development of web applications and intelligent platforms for projects combining data, artificial intelligence and user experience. She transforms practical requirements into reliable, high-performing and scalable solutions.
Baptiste Mangin
Baptiste contributes to Stern Tech’s business development. As a business development apprentice, he supports prospecting, customer relationship management, first-level support and needs qualification. He also contributes to the preparation of commercial initiatives related to behavioural market research.
Eugénie Besson
Marketing & Communication
Eugénie contributes to Stern Tech’s business development through prospecting, identifying opportunities, qualifying needs and supporting projects. She also strengthens Stern Tech’s visibility by managing digital communications, LinkedIn content and the development of the company’s brand image.
Jeanne Sire
Jeanne contributes to Stern Tech’s business development. She supports prospecting, solution sales, needs qualification and the creation of customised materials. She also delivers demonstrations, provides first-level support and assists customers throughout the sales and after-sales process, particularly with their HR, marketing and recruitment needs.
Nathanaël Stern
Legal Research Officer
Nathanaël contributes to Stern Tech’s development at the intersection of business development, relationships with pilot organisations and compliance. He supports sales activities, provides first-level support and assists pilot partners throughout their projects. He also contributes to the legal assessment of use cases, particularly in relation to the EU AI Act, the GDPR and national legislation applicable to artificial intelligence solutions.
Jianling Zou
Robotics & cognitive AI. Jianling recently completed a PhD in computer science and robotics. Her interdisciplinary thesis focused on interventions for children with dysgraphia using a social robot. At Stern Tech, she works on detection engines and a range of collaborative projects.
Maria Lalkovicova
Neuroscience & cognition. At Stern Tech, Maria integrates neuroscience concepts and approaches into technology modules by applying neurophysiological and cognitive methods to multimodal software. She assesses changes in human behaviour through artificial intelligence and cognitive science.
Vianney Gauthier
Vianney works on the development of mathematical models and computer vision components for Stern Tech. As part of scientific research conducted around the Centre Borelli, he helps strengthen the algorithmic foundations of Stern Tech’s artificial intelligence systems, particularly in visual signal analysis, behavioural modelling and the continuous improvement of interpretation engines.
Romane Morel
Romane supports Stern Tech in integrating psychological theories into its behavioural analysis models. She contributes to structuring, selecting and implementing a wide range of theoretical frameworks from psychology to strengthen the scientific relevance of the indicators produced by Stern Tech’s software and ensure a more precise, rigorous and responsible interpretation of human behaviour.
