Christophe Stern
Founder of Stern Tech. Christophe has built significant experience within IT departments of major international companies, complemented by consulting and interim management assignments focused on complex IT projects, transformation programs and strategic reorganizations. In 2020, he chose to deepen his expertise by beginning a PhD in sociology. In 2022, he founded Stern Tech, a platform combining artificial intelligence and cognitive science.
Samah Elaouni
Growth & go-to-market. As VP Sales & Marketing at Stern Tech, Samah leads the company’s growth strategy and go-to-market execution. For nearly 20 years, she has supported the transformation of sales organizations in SaaS and legaltech environments, with a data-driven and impact-oriented approach.
Valérie Perruchot-Garcia
Strategic communications. A graduate of Sciences Po and CFJ, Valérie began her career in journalism before moving into corporate communications, holding positions at CEA, Roche, Saint-Gobain, AXA and Johnson & Johnson. A recognized speaker in several schools and professional networks, she is also the author of “Booster la communication interne”. She is an associate at Stern Tech.
Gabriela Belaid
Cybersecurity & governance. Gabriela Belaid is an expert in digital technologies, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and information systems governance. A founding associate of Stern Tech and the group’s CISO, she leads security and data protection topics.
Sophie Calligaris
Sophie leads the business development of Alex, Stern Tech’s HR solution. She works with HR departments, recruitment teams and organizations seeking to better understand candidates beyond the CV, structure their evaluation processes and integrate behavioral intelligence into their recruitment practices.
Sébastien Pennella
Sébastien develops WiseDriver, Stern Tech’s solution dedicated to automotive, simulator, mobility and transportation use cases. He supports industry players in identifying applications related to driving, training, behavioral assessment and new uses of artificial intelligence in the automotive sector.
Irina Rogova
Irina develops Shield with healthcare, wellbeing and authorized organizations. Holding a PhD in cardiovascular hemodynamics from Université Paris Cité, she connects scientific, medical and business challenges to build strong partnerships around early detection and support for psychosocial signals.
Yasmine Zehani
Yasmine develops Pegasus, Stern Tech’s behavioral market research solution. She supports brands, research institutes and marketing departments in qualifying needs, building pilots and turning insights from declarative, quantitative and behavioral analysis into business value.
Bachir Kaddour
Bachir supports the development of Alex with organizations engaged in HR transformation. With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, he identifies new opportunities, structures sales conversations and builds partnership relationships around high-value behavioral intelligence solutions.
Brenda-Andreea Rauta
AI & web platforms. Andreea contributes to the design and development of web applications and intelligent platforms in projects combining data, artificial intelligence and user experience. She turns concrete needs into reliable, high-performance and scalable solutions.
Baptiste Mangin
Baptiste contributes to the commercial development of Pegasus. As a work-study sales engineering student at Stern Tech, he participates in prospecting, client relations, needs qualification and the preparation of commercial initiatives around behavioral market research.
Jeanne Sire
Jeanne contributes to the commercial development of Alex. She works on prospecting, solution sales, personalized materials, client demonstrations, sales follow-up and after-sales support for organizations seeking to transform their HR and recruitment practices.
Nathanaël Stern
Nathanaël works on Alex at the intersection of business development, pilot relationships and compliance. He supports sales, exchanges with pilot organizations and legal analysis of product use, with a focus on how Stern Tech’s software aligns with the AI Act, GDPR and applicable national law for artificial intelligence solutions.
Maria Lalkovicova
Neuroscience & cognition. At Stern Tech, Maria integrates concepts and approaches from neuroscience into technological modules, applying neurophysiological and cognitive methods to multimodal software. She evaluates changes in human behavior using artificial intelligence and cognitive science.
Jianling Zou
Robotics & cognitive AI. Jianling Zou recently completed a PhD in computer science and robotics. Her interdisciplinary thesis focused on interventions for children with dysgraphia using a social robot. At Stern Tech, she works on detection engines and Franco-Chinese collaboration projects.
Vianney Gauthier
Vianney works on the development of mathematical models and computer vision components for Stern Tech. In connection with scientific work conducted around the Centre Borelli, he helps strengthen the algorithmic foundations of Stern Tech’s artificial intelligence systems, particularly in visual signal analysis, behavioral modeling and the continuous improvement of interpretation engines.
Romane Morel
Romane Morel supports Stern Tech in integrating psychological theories at the core of its behavioral analysis models. She contributes to structuring, selecting and implementing numerous theoretical frameworks from psychology in order to strengthen the scientific relevance of the indicators produced by Stern Tech’s software and ensure a more precise, rigorous and responsible reading of human behavior.
Diane Dufay
Communications & content. Holding a master’s degree in digital communication from ISCOM Paris, Diane joined Stern Tech as a work-study student in September 2024 before becoming part of the team. She contributes to strengthening Stern Tech’s presence on social media, at international events such as VivaTech, and through the creation of communication materials.
