Christophe Stern
Founder of Stern Tech. With extensive experience gained within the IT departments of major international companies, complemented by consulting and interim-management assignments focused on complex IT project management, transformation programs and strategic reorganizations, Christophe chose to deepen his expertise by pursuing a PhD in sociology in 2020. In 2022, he founded Stern Tech, a platform combining artificial intelligence and cognitive sciences.
Valérie Perruchot-Garcia
Strategic communication. A graduate of Sciences Po and CFJ, Valérie began her career in journalism before moving into corporate communication, holding positions at CEA, Roche, Saint-Gobain, AXA and Johnson & Johnson. A recognized speaker in several schools and professional networks, she is also the author of “Booster la communication interne”. She is a partner at Stern Tech.
Gabriela Belaid
Cybersecurity & governance. Gabriela Belaid is an expert in digital technology, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and information-systems governance. A founding partner of Stern Tech and the group’s CISO, she leads security and data-protection matters.
Samah Djouadi
Growth & go-to-market. As VP Sales & Marketing at Stern Tech, Samah leads the growth strategy and the deployment of the go-to-market approach. For nearly 20 years, she has supported the transformation of sales organizations in SaaS and legaltech environments, with a data-driven and impact-oriented approach.
Sophie Calligaris
HR & employer branding. A specialist in corporate communication, with a particular interest in human resources, Sophie has built her career around managerial challenges related to talent management, employer branding, digital HR strategies and the application of AI in recruitment.
Sébastien Pennella
Automotive & mobility. Sébastien develops business opportunities related to the automotive sector and supports Stern Tech use cases applied to mobility, training, simulators and new applications of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry.
Irina Rogova
Healthcare & partnerships. Irina Rogova holds a PhD in cardiovascular hemodynamics from Université Paris Cité. At the crossroads of science, healthcare and business, she supports stakeholders in medical technologies, research and industry. At Stern Tech, she builds partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Yasmine Zehani
Business development. Yasmine has a background focused on business development in technology environments, with expertise in prospecting, account management and tailored solutions. As a Business Engineer at Stern Tech, she identifies new opportunities, qualifies needs and proposes high-value solutions.
Bachir Kaddour
Digital transformation & business development. With more than 20 years of experience in information technologies, Bachir supports companies in their digital transformation. He identifies new opportunities by providing high-value solutions and building genuine partnership relationships.
Brenda-Andreea Rauta
AI & web platforms. Andreea contributes to the design and development of web applications and intelligent platforms, within projects combining data, artificial intelligence and user experience. She transforms concrete needs into reliable, efficient and scalable solutions.
Baptiste Mangin
Prospecting & client relations. Baptiste Mangin is a work-study student in sales engineering at Stern Tech. His university exchange in Dublin enabled him to strengthen his English skills and international perspective. He contributes to client relations, business development, prospecting and project management.
Jeanne Sire
Business development & client relations. Jeanne joined Stern Tech at the beginning of 2026 as a Business Engineer. She contributes to business development through prospecting, solution sales, personalized materials and client demonstrations. She also handles commercial follow-up and after-sales support.
Maria Lalkovicova
Neuroscience & cognition. At Stern Tech, Maria integrates neuroscience concepts and practical approaches into technology modules by applying neurophysiological and cognitive methods to multimodal software. She evaluates changes in human behavior through AI and cognitive sciences.
Jianling Zou
Robotics & cognitive AI. Jianling Zou is a recent PhD graduate in computer science and robotics. Her interdisciplinary thesis focused on interventions for children with dysgraphia using a social robot. At Stern Tech, she works on detection engines and Franco-Chinese collaboration projects.
Diane Dufay
Communication & content. Holding a Master’s degree in digital communication from ISCOM Paris, Diane joined Stern Tech as a work-study student in September 2024 before becoming part of the team. She contributes to strengthening Stern Tech’s presence on social media, at international events such as VivaTech, and through the creation of communication materials.
