Director of Operations

Over 10 years’ experience in program management for numerous customers. An expert in software development. Anaïs is very involved in her work, which facilitates collaboration with customers and partners. She manages the development. project and support teams.

Bénédicte COULANGES

CFO

CFO for more than 20 years in industry (Ginger, Eaton, AIT-Stein) and services (Egis, Xelians). Areas of expertise : Business plan, rolling forecasts, various financial reports for investors, shareholders and general management.

Over 25 years as a multi-certified Microsoft expert. He heads a technology consulting firm, Expaceo, which he founded at the end of 2009. Expaceo promotes Microsoft and Multi cloud hybrid expertise. Expaceo is a partner and associate of Stern Tech.

With 13 years of experience across banking, IT startups, and SMEs in the USA and Europe, Betsy joins SternTech as the Sales and Marketing Director. She is dedicated to driving growth, meeting customer needs, and advancing human behavior analysis through innovation.

LOUIS

Psychology researcher

Psychologist and Doctor of clinical Psychology. During her PHD at University Savoie-Mont Blanc, Ella worked on adolescents’ sleep focusing on family determinants. She also worked as a clinical psychologist for different organisations, providing therapy for adults in transcultural contexts.

Jianling
ZOU

Robotics and AI researcher

Phd in computer science and social robotics, student of Pr. David Cohen. Her research focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence and cognitive science.

She speaks Chinese, French, English and Japanese.

Florian DEBACKERE

Computer science researcher

He has a PHD in computer science from University Paris Saclay / LISN. His research work focused on low back pain patients’ physical activities and the role of personalized e-coaching.
